Frequently asked questions

What is Tracking?

Tracking brings together daily time logging, calorie and meal tracking, personal goals and measures, and optional bank-style finance tools when enabled for your account. Personal trainers can view linked clients’ data where invitations apply.

How do I create an account?

Use Register from the sign-in page, confirm your email via the link we send, then log in. Password reset by email only works after your address is confirmed.

How does MFA work?

After sign-in you can register an authenticator app (TOTP) for a second factor. Keep backup access to your authenticator device; contact support if you are locked out after enabling MFA.

How do personal trainers access my data?

Only if you accept an invitation or establish a trainer–client link inside the product. Trainers see the scope the application gives them; they cannot browse arbitrary accounts.

Does Tracking use AI? Which providers?

Yes, for specific features only. We do not run our own LLM. Your deployment uses third-party providers: either Anthropic (Claude models) or Alibaba (Qwen 3.5 or another Qwen version), depending on how the service is configured.

Calorie estimates: when you describe meals in Caltrack, your description (and related context) may be sent to the configured LLM provider to suggest calories. Always review before relying on the number.

Reviews: when you click AI Review (or similar) on time-flow or calorie-flow pages, aggregated summaries of your logged data for the chosen period are sent to the configured provider to generate a written review. Reviews are informational only, not professional advice.

We do not sell your data to LLM providers for advertising. See the privacy policy for what is sent and your choices.

Why don’t I see the finance section?

Finance tracking may be restricted by deployment or account policy. If it is disabled for you, the navigation entry will not appear — ask your administrator whether access can be granted.

Can I export my data?

Many screens offer CSV exports for summaries and flows where the product implements them. For a full account export policy, describe your process here or link to a data-request email.

How do I delete my account?

Use the in-product delete-account flow under profile settings (you may need to confirm your password). Some records may be retained for legal or backup reasons as explained in the privacy policy.

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. See the privacy policy for details on subprocessors and exceptions (such as legal requests).

Who do I contact for help?

Replace this answer with your support channel (email, status page, or ticket system).
